Jawan Box Office: Film scores a very good Monday, now has a shot at Rs. 50 crores weekdays :Bollywood Box Office

Will Jawan end up scoring a half century during the weekdays of Week 2? Well, there is a chance that this could well happen if the Monday hold is any indication. Had it been a simple double-digit score of Rs. 10 crores with no partial holidays ahead then normal weekday drops would have meant Rs. 35-36 crores more been accumulated. However, there is partial holiday of Ganesh Chathurthi in some parts of the country today, which means last evening the shows were a bit better and today the film will see a jump in collections for sure.

As a result, Rs. 13 crores* more came in yesterday in the Hindi version and today the film will collect at least Rs. 15-16 crores more. From here, even Rs. 10 crores coming in tomorrow and day after will ensure that weekday numbers come to Rs. 50 crores (or at least quite close to that) which would be an amazing result for the film which will now stay in a double-digit zone right till Friday, with Saturday and Sunday promising another Rs. 20 crores+ haul each.

The film has now collected Rs. 443.44 crores* in just the Hindi version and in the process has gone past the entire lifetime score of another all-time blockbuster, KGF: Chapter 2. The Hindi version of the film had brought in Rs. 434.70 crores and now Jawan is almost Rs. 10 crores ahead of it. There are quite a few records set to be broken and the next in line is the fastest Rs. 500 Crore Club entry. Stay tuned, as Jawan euphoria is not going to settle down soon.

*Estimates. Final numbers awaited

Note: All collections as per production and distribution sources
