In general, I like to use fresh leafy greens, but moringa was not available in my area, so I had to purchase a pack of organic moringa leaf powder from the GOQii Health Store. I have eaten drumsticks in many vegetables and curries, but I had never used or eaten the leaves, so I had no idea what they tasted like. I didn’t like it when I tasted a pinch of it. It tasted like henna or mehndi powder. I noticed that it is easy to eat as it is. So, without compromising on the taste, I started thinking about how to use it in various ways.

The good thing about these recipes using moringa leaf powder is that it doesn’t affect the taste too much while still enjoying all the benefits it has to offer.
