The Song Of Scorpions is a fantasy drama revolving around scorpion singer Nooran (Golshifteh Farahani) and the late Irrfan Khan.
Against the backdrop of a small village in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, villagers believed that, according to an ancient myth, when a scorpion stings,…Death within 24 hours can only be cured with the song of the Scorpion Singer. Nooran is a talented singer who can cure this scorpion bite patient, a skill he inherited from his grandmother’s girlfriend Zubaida (Waheeda Rehman). He suffers a tragedy when he is raped by a man named Munna (Shashank Arora), and is ridiculed by the whole village. However, due to her condition and his unrequited love for her, her camel trader Adam (Irfan Khan) proposes marriage to her, to which she agrees after being distraught over her affair. But soon it turns out that it was Adam who sent her Munna to rape her. This shocking revelation sets her on a path of revenge to atone for all the wrongs done to her.
