We have reached a very interesting crossroads in history DC movie. Shazam!wrath of the gods It’s the first film released by DC Studios’ new administration, led by co-CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran. But it was created by a previous one, and DC’s new leadership says their plans won’t officially launch for at least another year or so.
so where does it go wrath of the gods? this sequel in 2019 Shazam! star again Zachary Levi As the title character, the pious figure of average teenager Billy Batson (Asher Angel) is empowered by an ancient wizard (Djimon Hounsou) who can be accessed by saying magic words. but Shazam! We’re back for this sequel with director David F. Sandberg.Will they deliver another hit or will they? wrath of the gods End of the road in the DC Extended Universe?

The film’s box office performance will likely dictate the answer to that question, but good reviews from critics certainly don’t hurt. Shazam!wrath of the gods It just hit the internet—and for the most part, they say the film is a fun sequel that continues the strengths of the first.
