Is there a second Black Panther in the ‘Wakanda Forever’ trailer?

There’s certainly a difference between this Black Panther shot and the final shot in the trailer. Most obviously and importantly, this “second” panther behind Namor doesn’t have the white dots around the eyes and on the forehead of the helmet that the last panther in the trailer has.
