Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is set to release on November 11th, 2022. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever tells the story of a kingdom facing great challenges. After King T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman) dies of an unknown disease, T’Challa’s mother, Ramonda (Angela Bassett), becomes ruler. Daughter Shuri (Letitia)Wright) is traumatized for failing to save his brother’s life. Six months later, Ramonda attended a United Nations conference where various nations accused Wakanda of being uncooperative and not providing vibranium. Ramonda makes it clear that the precious metal will not be shared with other nations for destructive means. She also tells them how their facility in Wakanda was attacked. The United States has found traces of vibranium somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. A team of researchers head to the scene using machines built by scientists. Suddenly, a mysterious creature appears and kills everyone on board the mining ship. The chief of this tribe, Namor (Tenoch Huerta), secretly arrives in Wakanda and meets Ramonda and Shuri. He informs them of the United States’ plans to extract vibranium and that it was Wakanda that exposed the world to the metal’s wonders. They were told to find the scientist who built the machine and give it to them. Shuri travels to America with Okoye (Danai Gurira) and finds the scientist with the help of CIA agent Everett K. Ross (Martin Freeman). The scientist turns out to be 19-year-old student Lili Williams (Dominic Thorne). Both find Lili and ask her to come to Wakanda. Unfortunately, the CIA arrives on the scene. Shuri, Okoye, and Lili escape their grasp, but are suddenly attacked by Namor and his army. Okoye fights valiantly but is overwhelmed. Namor captures Shuri and Lili and takes them to the underwater kingdom of Takoran. Namor reveals that he wants to kill Lili because he fears that “surface people” may come to extract the vibranium again and harm his kingdom. What happens in the movie forms the rest of the film.
